About the Peeke Week Retreats
For the past six years, Dr Peeke and her team have hosted her retreats for the purpose of providing women, and the people who love them, with an opportunity to achieve their dream of living a vibrant, fulfilling and joyful lifestyle. The Peeke Week Retreat provides a safe, nurturing and fun environment where you can regroup, rest and rejuvenate in a safe, nurturing environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to push your own mental and physical envelope by challenging yourself with new experiences.

About Red Mountain Spa and Resort
The Red Mountain Spa and Resort has been named America’s number one destination spa resort for outdoor beauty and adventure. It’s located minutes outside of St. George, Utah, and is a healing oasis far away from life’s daily stresses. Surrounded by the red mountains of Snow Canyon, as well as the neighboring Bryce and Zion national parks and the Grand Canyon, this spa resort offers unimaginable beauty and healing quiet, perfect for regrouping and creating new, healthier lifestyle plan.

To get all the details about Red Mountain Spa, log onto www.redmountainspa.com. The caring and fun loving Red Mountain professionals are teaming with Dr. Peeke and her Peeke Performance Center staff to offer you everything from unforgettable hikes, to hot stone massages at their state of the art Sagestone Spa, to extraordinary five star spa cuisine (including wine).

It’s time to give yourself the greatest gift of all — time to renew, regroup and refresh your mind, body and spirit in the community of like-minded folks with whom you’ll have fun and form friendships. Come alone (most Peeke Performers do), or bring a friend or family member. Remember, this is about women and the people who love them.

Dates and Times:
Monday, May 12th through Sunday, May 18th. Resort Check-in starts after 12 noon on Monday, and check out is at 11:00 am on Sunday. You are welcome to come early or stay late. Just let the great people at Red Mountain Reservations know when you make your reservations.

Physical Activity Level:
Don’t think you have to be an experienced hiker. Everyone is welcome. There are three “Trekker” levels: beginner, moderate and advanced. We suggest that in preparation for the retreat, you should be walking at least 30-45 minutes every day, gradually incorporating hill work. Also, by logging onto www.drpeeke.com, you’ll have access to Dr. Peeke’s free newsletter which will guide your training.

Retreat Activities:
You’ll have a basic template of rest as well as exciting physical activities. Choose what works for you. We’re there to customize each participant’s optimal experience. The outdoor activities include daily scenic hikes, as well as optional biking, horseback riding, running, swimming, and kayaking.

Peeke Week Retreat group get-togethers take place before and after dinners, which include Dr. Peeke’s interactive group sessions by starlight. And, of course, there are endless spa services and plenty of rest and relaxation time around the pool and hot tub. Our hikes are customized for this group and organized by the Outdoor Recreation Manager and will be guaranteed to be memorable, offering breathtaking vistas every day.

Curriculum:
Peeke Performers will receive a Peeke Performance Pack which will include a retreat workbook, along with a daily journal and a collection of “goodies” (spa and wellness products). Each day, the Peeke Week Retreat faculty will provide opportunities to teach you new information about mind and body science as it relates to gender specific health. There will be group, as well as individual sessions, with Dr. Peeke and her professional staff every afternoon. Each day will begin with a different hike and afterwards there will be plenty of time for spa treatments, meeting new friends and plenty of relaxation and rejuvenation before the afternoon group sessions.

Achievement Awards:
All Peeke Performers will challenge themselves at their own level. This is your very special experience. Every day you continue to challenge your mind and body, supported and nurtured by the Peeke-Red Mountain team. During the last retreat dinner, each trekker will receive a special award from Dr. Peeke in recognition of their unique efforts and achievement.
