Greetings. The Peeke Performance Center for Healthy Living team wants to share some exciting news with you. The Omega Institute, famed for their outstanding circle of experts covering healthy living, has partnered with Dr. Peeke to offer a week-long workshop
"Women and Weight: Begin Your Mental and Physical Transformation". During the week, Dr. Peeke will be providing group sessions and working directly with each attendee, customizing a blueprint to achieve each woman's optimal nutrition, fitness and body composition. You'll walk and hike with Dr. Peeke in New York's
majestic Rhinebeck countryside, step through the labyrinth, access yoga and fitness classes, enjoy quiet time to contemplate, savor delicious cuisine, and make new friends.
Consider this a personal retreat or bring along a friend or family member. After you leave your Peeke Week and return home, you'll be scheduled for a private time to speak with Dr. Peeke in follow up. As well, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in a webinar teleconference with Dr. Peeke which will include the many new friends you've just met. Finally, when Dr. Peeke schedules her next retreat adventure, you'll be prioritized as a return Peeke Week retreater.

For most women, life is a “weighting game.” The burden of weight is borne physically and mentally. The game is not easy and is often lost time and time again.
This workshop offers women a strategy for achieving an optimal balance of mind and body fitness. Women’s health expert and author of The Hunger Fix, Pamela Peeke, presents a unique science-based holistic blueprint that integrates the three pillars of mind (mental and spiritual), mouth (nutritional), and muscle (physical).
She offers practical tips, tools, and techniques based on The Hunger Fix, as well as her other books, that are specific to a woman’s mind and body.
Through talks, sharing, and experiential exercises, you:

Explore strategies for controlling belly fat

Learn the most effective 10- to 20-minute exercise break

Experience group “walk and talk” hikes

Find out about mindful eating exercises
